Activating plugins that add extra features to your site has never been easier. The Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro plugins work together to give websites a fully featured event management system, allowing users to create reoccurring events, custom attributes, and access many other add on features related to calendars. Users can also add new venue pages and widgets to their calendars.
After you have installed the plugins, to activate the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro:
1) Click on “Plugins” in the left panel of the dashboard and then on “Installed Plugins.”
2) Find “The Events Calendar” and “The Events Calendar Pro” plugins from the list that appears, and choose “Activate” located underneath the titles.
Once these plugins are active, you can begin editing and adding to your new calendar.
To begin, simply locate “Events” in the left panel of the dashboard, and choose the appropriate option from the fly out menu.
